Board President
David Jedlicka is a long time resident of Naknek and served on the board of directors from 1985-1989 and 1990 to the present. He believes that one of his primary responsibilities to the cooperative is to insure reliable, efficient and low cost energy to its members. His work as a director includes keeping in touch with state and federal legislators and interfacing with them on behalf of NEA. Mr. Jedlicka is Director Certified.

Vice President
Herbert Mitchell is a long time resident of Naknek and served as a director from 1981-1982 and 2003 to the present. He advocates reliable, efficient and affordable energy. He sees alternative renewable energy resource development as the future. Mr. Mitchell is Director Certified.

Secretary/Treasurer
Dale Peters has been a Naknek resident for over 40 years. He has served as a director from 1983 to the present. He advocates economic and resource development and Power Cost Equalization (PCE) for rural communities. Mr. Peters is Director Certified.

Director
Pete Hill is a life long resident of Alaska. Elected to the board in 1998 he perceives himself to be in public service to cooperative members. He supports partnering with industry to develop resources and stimulate economic growth. Mr. Hill is Director Certified.

Director
Jeff Currier elected in 2005 calls King Salmon home and has spent most of his professional life in Alaska. He considers his work a service to cooperative members and emphasizes the political in his relationship with state and federal legislators.

Director
Jerry Foster is a long time Alaskan resident and was elected to the board in 2005. He worked for NEA when the system was first energized and now serves as a catalyst in the cooperative’s move toward renewable alternative energy development. Mr. Foster is Director Certified.

Director
Stephen Jones is a long time Naknek resident and was elected in 2006. He believes that alternative sources of energy will keep cost of living requirements affordable and rural communities sustainable. Mr. Jones is Director Certified.
